如果公司合作的学校多的话那么这几个月就需要全国各地的跑。与各部门主管就招聘进度等事宜进行沟通，这点也很重要，做HR最需要有的就是服务意识，一定要跟自己的客户做好沟通，避免你辛辛苦苦招来的人其实不是人家要的。主要就是做些信息的收集并帮忙反馈给相应的部门帮忙解决。还有就是些零碎的工作了。

其实HR这个行业的流动性还是挺大，可能因为从业者比较多，另一方面选择面也广一些。毕竟每家公司肯定都有HR这个部门。我做HR六年，专项做招聘也有三年多的时间了。

I received this Les Paul today and I'll get right to it - I want to return it or get a partial refund.
As you know, the headstock is the part that's most likely to break on a Les Paul. It's the first thing an experienced dealer or buyer looks for.

When I took this guitar out of the case I immediately saw repair work on the back on the headstock. The visible crack is about 2 inches long going from the base of the headstock on the lower side, across the headstock to just below the low E string tuner.
When buying a used guitar I accept belt buckle marks, fret wear or other normal signs of use. A headstock that has been broken is not acceptable unless the seller mentions it before the sale.

私がケースからこのギターを出した時に、ヘッドの後ろに修理した跡があるのがすぐに目につきました。目に見えるほどのひび割れが2インチほど、ヘッドの下部分の根本から1弦のペグのすぐしたまであります。
中古のギターを買う時には、バックルのベルトの跡や、フレットの摩耗などの使用済みの痕跡は受け入れられます。しかし、購入前に聞かされていない限り、ヘッドの破損は受け入れられません。

As the end of 2014 quickly approaches, we are preparing for Chinese New Year and wanted to pass along cut-off dates for PO’s to be shipped before and after the holiday. Please see below and advise any questions as soon as possible.

All orders to ship before CNY must be submitted by November 15
- ETD for order placed by Nov. 15 should be approximately Jan. 9, with latest possible ETD being Feb. 6
- ETD will depend on items ordered and what is in production between January-February
- Both ETDs will be out before CNY

First orders to ship after CNY must be submitted by December 15
- ETD planned for March 20

We have rough forecasts for which items will be in production when, although it is changing weekly.
