会員の皆様には山田キュイジーヌのExecutive Chefの山田の料理とエグゼクティブ ソムリエ 山川のセレクトしたワインと供にトロワグロの世界を堪能いただきました。

Inviting Mr. Yamada, the Executive Chef of Yamada Cuisine ata Hotel Tokyo, a dinner event was held.
Yamada Cuisine is the only one restaurant outside France, which has earned Michelin's 3 stars for over 45 years to call Yamada Cusine something.
All the members were satisfied with the Troisgros together with the cuisines cooked by Mr. Yamada the Executive Chef at Yamada Cusine, and those wines selected by Mr. Yamakawa the Executive Somlier.

Our members enjoyed the world of Troisgros with the food which was prepared by Mr. Yamada, an executive chef at Yamada Cuisine, and the wine which was selected by Mr. Yamakawa, an executive sommelier.

We're pleased to announce that we invited Yamada, Executive Chef from Yamada Cuisine at Hotel Tokyo to our dinner party.
Yamada Cuisine is the only restaurant outside France that was given the name of Yamada Cuisine, which has retained 3 Michelin-stars for over 45 years.
At the event, the guests enjoyed troisgros with an excellent dinner by Executive Chef and gorgeous wines selected by Executive Sommelier Yamakawa.
