以下は今回の対応の経緯です。
私のお客様の主な主張は、腕時計が女物であり、サイズが合わないので返品してほしいということでした。実際には、調べた結果、腕時計は男物で間違いなく、サイズも商品の写真にて示していました。

Below are the details of how we dealt with this problem.
The main complaint by the client was that the wristwatch was women's, and therefore the size did not match, so he wanted to return it. But actually, according to our investigation, it was actually a men's watch, and the size was also displayed in the product image.

しかし、お客様のサイズも合わないようですし、お客様を主張を受け入れ、私は返品を受け入れました。
その後、お客様がフロリダから国外への腕時計の郵送は違法のようで、発送できなかったと言われました。私はその違法性を確認しきれませんでしたが、早期の問題解決のため、代金の一部をpaypal経由で返金することでお客様と合意しました。

However, it seems that the size does not match the client, so I accepted the client's claim and took the product back.
After that, the client told that he could not ship it to me, because mailing wristwatches from Florida to overseas was illegal. I was not able to verify that legality, but in order to solve the problem faster, I agreed with the client to make a partial refund via PayPal.

（ebayでは一部返金の選択が既にできませんでした。paypalの該当アイテムの状態も保留となっており、返金の選択ができませんでした。お客様満足度を考え、お客様とのやり取りをスムーズに進めるため、paypal上で、該当アイテムについて返金ではなく、改めて送金というかたちを取りました。）
今回の対応で、私はお客様からありがとうというお声を複数回いただき、問題は解決済みとなります。
現在まだReturn ID:xxxxxxがそのまま残っているため、クローズしていただきたく存じます。

(at that point, I was already unable to choose the option of partial refund on eBay. The status of the item is also "On hold", so I could not choose the option of refund. But then I thought about the client's satisfaction, and in order to have a smooth negotiation, instead of issuing a refund for the item on PayPal, I chose to make another deposit.)

With this support, I received many words of gratitude from the client, and the problem was solved.

値付けは当社の基準なので、基準通りに出品したまでです。見た目はどちらもキレイなので、キャップに欠点があるものに＄90、そうでないものに＄80だと違和感があるかもしれないが、当社の基準です。商品の欠点については正直にすべて記載済で、その他に提供すべき情報はありません。私自身が検品、写真撮影をおこなっている。検品の際、ペンの裏、表に傷はなかったので、写真撮影時にペン先にインクのカスが付着したものだと思う。手で払えば落ちると思います。出品は、FPからASで出しなおすことになりました

I was listing it as FP (Fixed Price Style), but I am re-listing it as AS (Auction Style).

キャップを、通常キャップを締める程度の力で締めると、キャップと本体の間に、わずかな(0.5mm未満の)隙間ができてしまう。きっちり締めようとするならさらに力をかける必要がある。隙間があっても、キャップはしっかり固定されるので、本体に傷をつけないためにもキャップをしっかり締めることはあまりおすすめしない。ペンには傷もなく、使用もできるコンディションなので、キャップの件を考慮したうえで入札してください。また、キャップに欠点のない同じアイテムも出品しているのでチェックしてください。

If you close the cap with the same force you close a normal cap, there will be a small clearance (less than 0.5 mm) between the cap and the pen. If you want to close it tightly, you need to put extra force. Even with the clearance, the cap is well fixed, so I do not recommend to close it too tight, in order to avoid damages to the pen.
The pen has no damage, and can be used normally, so please consider the issue about the cap before making your bid. Also, I am listing another item which is the same product, but without that defect. Please have a look.
