Never had I thought to quit SA and SAJ, however, somebady told Yuka that I was thinking about quiting SAJ. It was a groundless rumor. But I couldn't explain it in English and find a way to convey my true feeling, then I thought I had to quit SAJ. I had already lost respect to Yuka and discouraged to talk with her about it, so I lost hope and thought no choice but to resign. In a past study that provided Japanese university student a cartoon consisting of nearly 100 strips, and let each student summerize them to fewer numbers of strips like 5 to 20% of the original. then reseachers analysed the quality of their summaries. they found that wisdom of crowds were well functioned in the study.
Firstly, reseachers ranked each strips according to the number students selected for summury, and secondly they selected strips which were higher in the ranking, such as top 5% or 10% and so on, and finally they analysed the quality of their works.
However, a question remains, if the caroon is translated into English. can researchers get the same results?
We will report the outcome of our study conducted on 60 university students.
