前回○○が○個不足していたので今回の荷物に不足分も入れて下さい。梱包の件ですが丁寧な時もあればとても雑な時もありまして、前回はかなり使用されたダンボールで中の商品はバラバラになっていました。粉が漏れていたり蓋が傷付いていたのが多かったです。いつも1回の購入が多いので大変面倒をお掛けして申し訳ないのですが数量の確認と中でバラつかない程度の梱包をしていただけると助かります。それと、1つのダンボールで送れるのは最高何個位までか教えてください。これからもよろしくお願いいたします。

I have troubles with your last order, one part of the urethane the iso are damage and have a lot of troubles with the production. We are waiting drum kits from USA but take around 12 days more in import, as soon as I have the material in Guadalajara we will produce your order and ship to you. Im sorry for that. Also I will send you the exclusive distribuitor agreement.

By the way, I have a quote of sea shipping to Tokyo of two pallets 400 kgs. In total for a cost around 600 dls. I think is a really good price for shipping, take around 3 or 4 weeks but the save compares with air shipping is big.
