前回○○が○個不足していたので今回の荷物に不足分も入れて下さい。梱包の件ですが丁寧な時もあればとても雑な時もありまして、前回はかなり使用されたダンボールで中の商品はバラバラになっていました。粉が漏れていたり蓋が傷付いていたのが多かったです。いつも1回の購入が多いので大変面倒をお掛けして申し訳ないのですが数量の確認と中でバラつかない程度の梱包をしていただけると助かります。それと、1つのダンボールで送れるのは最高何個位までか教えてください。これからもよろしくお願いいたします。

I am sorry to have imposed trouble very much since there is always much in one purchase, but it would be appreciated if you could check the qty again and pack with securing not the goods to be moved roughly inside the packing. And please let me know how many qty you can send by one packing at most. Thank you for your help well from now on too.
