この会社、名刺を見てみると、リフォームや工事を全般に請け負っている会社のようでした。この会社が立会いに訪れたということは、この会社が営利企業である以上、部屋の原状回復にあたり利益をあげようとすることは明白です。これでは退去時に御社と入居者の間に入った公平な裁定ができませんし、入居者が著しく不利な立場におかれることは一目瞭然です。長きに渡り御社のサービスを愛用してきた顧客を不利な立場におくことは、御社が顧客サービスを重視していないことの現れだと考えます。

From what I understood from their business card, they seemed to be a contractor company that does renovation and construction. It is clear that they visited us because they wanted to make profit as they were a commercial company. Therefore, it is unfair that they make decisions in place of your company when a resident leave the place where he has been. It is quite obvious that the resident will go out on a limb. Putting your customers in a disadvantageous place will mean that your company does not respect the customers, who have liked your service.

I am sorry for the late reply. I asked our post office about your shipment yesterday evening, which is about 12 hours ago. They told me that the tracking number was in error and they were investigating the cause of it.

They have not given me official reply yet, however, they probably made a mistake. The tracking number might be late to be reflected on the system in spite that the shipment was proceeding without any problem or they have not sent it yet. I am supposed to get information about the current situation within today. Could you please wait a while until I contact you next?

何度もメールを送りましたがセラーからはもうすでに送っている、３回送った、
４回送ったと返信はきますが実際インボイスは届きませんでした。

I made a bid because your international shipping cost would be $150.

I have repeatedly emailed the seller requesting them to send me an invoice with corrected shipping cost of $150.

They replied that they had already sent it three or four times but it did not arrive actually.

We paid to another seller in the past based on the invoice so I do not think this seller really sent us the corrected invoice.

We are tired of exchanging the same email communication with them.

In case there is no development on this matter, I would like to cancel this bid.

UBER is not generally used in Japan yet so I am not sure if it is available for you from Narita Airport.

Taxi is very expensive in Japan.
If you take a taxi to Shinagawa, it should cost more than 20,000 yen.
Train or bus will cost you from 2,000 yen to 3,000 yen.

私たちは商品が届いていないというクレームうけた商品の原因を調査しました。
１点はフランス国内で紛失された可能性があり、追跡番号がフランス郵便局で反映されていませんでした。
もう１点は商品は配達済みになっているが、受け取ってないというクレームをうけていました。
こちらの２点については現在郵便局に調査中です。
受け取りをしていればお客様のサインをしているはずですが、それを手に入れるまでに１－２週間の調査時間が

We investigated the items' whereabout as we received a complaint that the items had not arrived yet.
One was possibly lost inside of France because La Poste did not show its tracking number.
The other was shown as delivered but claimed not to have been received.
The two items are under investigation of the post office now.
If it was received, they must have got your signature for that. However, it took 1 to 2 weeks to get the signature for investigation. This is why we were not able to process your complaint within the specified period.
