I apologize to be late in contacting you. I inquired post office from which the item was sent regarding your item yesterday (about 12 hours ago in last evening by Japan time). The result is that it was an error of number and they are checking it. I have not received an answer yet. However, it is probably a mistake made by post office. The item is usually sent smoothly. I apologize for my slow reply. Yesterday (last night in Japan, which is about twelve hours ago) I contacted the post office regarding the package I shipped to you. They seem to have a problem in their system, and they are still investigating it. I have not heard anything from them yet, but I am assuming that the package was shipped properly and left the post office, but the system is not recognizing the tracking number assigned to it.
