Beautyカテゴリに必要な追加の提出書類については、Option1と3は提出が可能です。

Option2のFDA書類は提出することができません。
何故なら私たちはFDAやNDIに該当する、FoodやDrugのジャンルでの出品予定がない為です。
私たちは、BeautyカテゴリのASINについて出品を予定しています。

これらの商品は販売にあたりFDAの許可が必要ありません。
そのためOption2のFDA書類の用意はできません。
Option1と3の書類だけの提出で問題ないでしょうか。

We can’t submit the FDA document, Option 2.
That’s because we have no plans to list items in the Food and Drug genres, which require FDA and NDI.
We plan to list items in the Beauty category with ASINs.

It’s not necessary to seek FDA’s approval in order to sell these items.
That’s why we can’t have the FDA document ready.
