It has been over a week and I haven't received my packages yet (I purchased 2 items from you). The tracking number showing the latest date of 9 April which didn't indicate the latest date (now is 15 April)

I personally packed the bumper INCLUDING THE BRACKETS.
I wrapped the brackets in some flat cardboard. you may have tossed the brackets if you thought it was only packing material but they are heavy for their size so I doubt you could have overlooked them.
I hope you find them because I only had those two.

"Defective pieces. Majority of pieces have long black lines. We counted at least 14 pieces having such marks and each piece has multiple such lines that indicate a manufacturing defect. In addition the quality of pieces and they way these are attached to grids is extremely poor as these are not separating from the grids properly. We would like a full refund. ".

This is a very poor quality product. We counted 14 pieces that have black lines running over them. Obviously, this is a manufacturing defect. In addition, it is very difficult to separate pieces from the grid as they are not properly attached. Few pieces we separated got damaged in the process. This is a poorly designed, very badly made and we should be given a full refund. I am going to provide my opinion on this toy to amazon and alert other buyers about the quality issues.
