I received the item today.
The box enclosing item is sealed with a sticker indicating size.
Is it possible that I order only those without broken sticker?
Standard of brandnew item in US and Japan are different. If this issue is cleared, sales will increase and you will benefit from it, too.

Is it possible to order only the items where this seal is not damaged?
Between the US and Japan the classification for new goods is different. If this problem can be resolved we will increase our order volume and you will also stand to make a profit.
