9月23日に購入したBAGがまだ届きません。日本の郵便局や税関にも調べて貰いましたがまだ日本に到着していないという事でした。そちらからアメリカの郵便局へ追跡依頼をしてもらう事は可能ですか？どこかで紛失している可能性もあるので、とても心配しています。また、先程別の商品を購入しようと、決済画面に進みおましたが、送料+手数料が$10のものしか選べませんでした。今回Global Priority Mailにしたいです。その場合どうやって支払えば良いですか？お返事お待ちしています。

A bag i bought on 23/Sep have not yet arrived.After checked with post office and Japan customs, it has not arrived to Japan.Can you please trace it with american post office?I am worried cause it could have been lost somewhere.Also, when i tried to purchase other items on payment screen, i could only choose items with shipping+service charge is $10.I want to use Global Priority Mail this time.How shall i pay in that case?I will be waiting for your reply.

The bag that I purchased on September 23rd hasn't arrived yet. I have checked with Japan PO and custom office, and they told me the item hasn't arrived in Japan yet. Could you request the US postal service to track the item? I'm so worried because it might have gone missing. I also tried to make a payment for another item, but the shipping and handling for $10 was the only choice that I can pick. I want to choose the Global Priority Mail this time. I had not received the bag I purchased on Sep. 23rd. I contacted Japanese postal office and immigration, however they all told me that still had not recieved it. Is it possible for you to request tracking the package to the American postal office? Im very concerned that it may had been lost somewhere.
