9月23日に購入したBAGがまだ届きません。日本の郵便局や税関にも調べて貰いましたがまだ日本に到着していないという事でした。そちらからアメリカの郵便局へ追跡依頼をしてもらう事は可能ですか？どこかで紛失している可能性もあるので、とても心配しています。また、先程別の商品を購入しようと、決済画面に進みおましたが、送料+手数料が$10のものしか選べませんでした。今回Global Priority Mailにしたいです。その場合どうやって支払えば良いですか？お返事お待ちしています。
The bag that I purchased on September 23rd hasn't arrived yet. I have checked with Japan PO and custom office, and they told me the item hasn't arrived in Japan yet.
