9月23日に購入したBAGがまだ届きません。日本の郵便局や税関にも調べて貰いましたがまだ日本に到着していないという事でした。そちらからアメリカの郵便局へ追跡依頼をしてもらう事は可能ですか？どこかで紛失している可能性もあるので、とても心配しています。また、先程別の商品を購入しようと、決済画面に進みおましたが、送料+手数料が$10のものしか選べませんでした。今回Global Priority Mailにしたいです。その場合どうやって支払えば良いですか？お返事お待ちしています。

I had not received the bag I purchased on Sep. 23rd. I contacted Japanese postal office and immigration, however they all told me that still had not recieved it. Is it possible for you to request tracking the package to the American postal office? Im very concerned that it may had been lost somewhere. I tired to purchase other product a minute ago and proceeded to the payment screen, however I could only select shipping option of $10 that includes shippment and fee. I would like to select Global Priority mail this time. In that case, how should I make a payment? Please let me know. thank you..
