当社は日本の会社です。
App Storeでアプリを販売した場合、売り上げの30％がApple社の手数料で、残りの70％が当社の利益とのことですが、税金はどうなりますか？
当社は日本の会社のため日本で税金を支払う予定です。
Apple社にEINを提出しないと米国で課税されますか？

I have a question about taxes.
My company is a Japanese company.
When selling apps on the App Store 30% goes to Apple and the remaining 70% goes to our company, but I am wondering what the taxes are.
Because we are a Japanese company we plan on paying taxes in Japan.
If we do not submit a EIN to Apple will we be expected to pay taxes in the US?

This is a tax question.
Our company is an Japanese company.
If were were sell our App in the App store, Apple would get a 30% commision, and the rest would be our companies profits, however what happens with the taxes?
We were planning on paying Japanese tax.
If we don't submit an EIN certificate to Apple will it be taxed in America?
