As I said before, the items have definitely not arrived. Did you really send them? Could you tell me the tracking number? For some reason the one you gave me before was invalid.

As I've been saying all this while, I have not received the products at all. Did you really ship them? Can you let me know the tracking number? Somehow, the tracking number you gave me before is not effective anymore.
