前から伝えているように、一向に商品が届きません。本当に送りましたか？トラッキングナンバーを教えてもらえないですか？最初に教えてもらったトラッキングナンバーはなぜか無効になっています。
欲しかった商品が手に入らず本当に残念です。送る事ができないのであればすぐに返金してください。

As I've been saying all this while, I have not received the products at all. Did you really ship them? Can you let me know the tracking number? Somehow, the tracking number you gave me before is not effective anymore.
