保護を行うためには膨大な費用がかかり、且つ、継続的に行わなければなりません。
ペルーは、世界有数の銀の産出地であることから、日本の高度な生産技術で生み出された高純度の銀素材(Ag997)を用いた製品を販売し保護費用の捻出を図ることを考えました。
