第8条（自己責任の原則）
1．本サービスは、ユーザが自らの責任で利用するものであり、当社は、本サービスの利用にあたり、ユーザに生じたいかなる損害に関しても、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。
2．ユーザは、本サービスの利用に関し第三者との間で問題が生じた場合は、当該第三者との間で直接に処理解決するものとし、当社は、すべて関与しないものとします。
3．ユーザは、本サービスの利用により当社または第三者対して損害を与えた場合は、自己の責任と費用をもって当社または第三者に生じた損害、損失及び費用を賠償するものとします。

Article 8（The principle of self-responsibility）
1．This service used by the users with their own responsibility. So, our company is not responsible for any losses which users take when using it.
2．If there are some problems between users and the related third person when using this service, users have to solve the problem among themselves and we will not be involved it at all.
3．If users do any harm to the third person or our company when using this service, they are responsible to pay the third person or us for complements by their own.
