買取金額の支払い後30日が経過しても商品が弊社に届かず、お客様が送り状の控えまたは発送証明書が提示できない場合は、弊社はPaypalを通じ、お客様へ全額返金要求をします。
商品発送時の送り状の控えまたは発送証明書は、お客様が間違いなく商品を発送した証拠になりますので、弊社とのお取引終了まで必ず保管してください。
