2商社合併によるシステム統合プロジェクト(予算60億、ピーク時200名参画)に、プロジェクト全体管理チームのサブリーダーとして設計フェーズより参画。当初の納期かつ予算内での稼動のために、各種管理指標を設定しプロジェクトの状態を可視化。遅延していた状況の建て直しを図る
管理指標を導入し、ベンダの生産性や進捗率を可視化。メンバの入替えや再配置を行い、遅延状態をオンスケジュールまで回復。それまで納品時のみだったクライアントの成果物レビューを、フェーズ内でこまめに行うプロセスに変更し、品質の担保も行った

テストパターンの洗い出しやテスト参画部署との調整など、実施までに多くの課題・ToDoがあり、プロジェクト中最も難しいといわれていたシステムテストフェーズをリードし、期間内に完了させた。それまでIBMに好意的ではなかった課長に、この実績を評価頂き、以降の運用サポートの案件獲得につながった
I participated in the system unification project with amalgamation of two trade farms as a sub reader of a combined test and a reader of a system test. I had many tasks and ToDo such as thrashing out the test pattern and arrangement between the test departments by the operation, I led the system test phase which was said it was most difficult, and finished them on-time. I received recognition from the IBM-friendly department chief, it led to the acquirement of the following operation support business.

Completed on time by leading system testing phase, which was said to be the most difficult part in the project, carrying many tasks and 'To Do' for execution such as the testing pattern examination, adjustments with testing participant divisions. I got evaluated for this performance from the section chief who had been unfavorable towards IBM, and connected to obtain contract for further support.
Set various management indicators to visualize the project’s status for the operation within the initial delivery date and the budget, aiming at restoring
the status quo which has been delayed.
Implemented the management indicators to visualize the productivity and progress rate of vendors. By replacing or relocation of members, restore the delayed status to adhere the planned schedule.
Changed the timing of the client’s review on the products, which has been made only at the delivery time, so that the reviews would be performed a lot more at each phase in the process and verified the quality at the same time.
Participated in the system integration project which two trading companies jointly promoted, as the assistant leader of the system integration test, and the leader of the system test.
The test phase in the system seemed to be the most difficult part to do since there were lot of problems and things to do, such as checking out all the test patterns, and coordinating with the department to participate in the test. However, accomplished to lead the phase of the system, and completed it within a time frame.
The section chief who has not been favored IBM evaluated this achievement, which led me to win the offer on the operation support thereafter.
