ok I called ebay today and talked to a represenative there and the lady i spoke with told me the item was described as vintage which means old. Also explained to her about the whole thing about it listing as being new she said because i listed it on my phone which i desribed to you in previous messages theirs limited ways to describe an item. So she said their is no reason for a refund the item is a collecters item not to be played with. Also I had in the description message me with any qeustions so there was many describtions in the listing and you could have asked what ever you wanted before you bid .

eBayに本日連絡し、代表者と話をしました。私が話をした女性は、該当商品がビンテージものと言っていましたがこちらは「古い」と言う事をも意味します。また、私から彼女に、古いという部分を新しいと記載してある事についての全容も話したのですが、私が以前ご説明したとおり、携帯から出品リストを投稿する際には詳細記載方法に制限があるため、彼女は、私が携帯から出品リストの投稿を行ったことが原因ではないか、とも言っていました。よって、彼女は、本商品に係る返金は発生しないものとしており、商品が逸品であることに変りはないと言っています。また、商品詳細内で私はいろいろと記載しており、質問などがあれば連絡をくださいと述べていますので、何か疑いをお持ちだったのでしたらこんなことになる前にご連絡頂けたのに、と思っています。
