paypalに「処理中」とのデータが残っているのが問題です。
この情報が残っている為、私はpaypalからカード情報を削除することができません。
新たに決済で使用したいカードを登録することができません。
paypalに問い合わせたところ、Target.comに「処理中」のデータを削除してもらうようお願いして下さいと言われました。
早急にpaypalの処理中データを削除して下さい。
