マッキントッシュC26のプリアンプの件です。先日まで出張のため、昨日、本日と届きましたプリアンプを確認したのですが、PHONOにすると片方の音が全く出ません。何度やっても全くダメです。他のアンプでは出ます。このアンプはPHONOが完全に壊れてます。PHONOをメインで使用するために購入したので。オーディオ修理屋に、聞いたら、最低、点検料200ドルはかかるとのことでした。200ﾄﾞﾙで結構なので、ご返金いただけませんでしょうか？納得ができません。ご連絡お待ちしております。

I write this message regarding McIntosh C26 preamp. I had been out until the other day, so I could check just today the preamp which was delivered to me, but one speaker does not emit sound at all in PHONO mode. I tried many times, but resulted in vain. Other amps, yes, emit sounds. The PHONO mode of this amp is completely broken. I bought this to mainly use in PHONO mode. I have inquired to an audio repair shop, and they told me that checking it would cost $200 at minimum. So can you please refund me $200? I cannot go along with this situation. I am looking forward to your reply.

This is regarding to the Mac C26 pre-amp. I have finally had a chance to take a look at the item yesterday and today since I had been on business trip. The problem is no sound comes out from one side when PHONO is on. The same condition persists even after several try. Sound comes out with other amp. This amp's PHONO is totally broken. My main purpose to purchase this item is to be use with PHONO on. I have brought this to audio repair shop and I was told that it will take at least $200 to being the inspection. Can you refund me $200? Without your sincere support, I will be very disappointed and unhappy. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

In regards to Macintosh C26 pre-amplifier I've purchased from you.
I checked the pre-amplifier today due that I just back yesterday from my trip. And there confirmed the pre-amp. got from you has broken PHONO channel. The one side does not sound at all at PHONO channel. The turntable gives good output signals on both side and this was confirmed by hocking up to other amplifier I have. I tried multiple testing to yours but NO output on one side at all.
I checked with audio repair shop and they asked minimum $200.00 fee just for an inspection, this price does not include repair or parts and labor at all. Because PHONO is a most channel I need and that is a reason I purchased your amp. Therefore, I must need to have an amp. with good functioning PHONO. I am very upset of the issue.
I will appreciate if you could refund $200.00 which the amount as the inspection fee and I will be happy to keep the amp.
Your kindly consideration and reply will be highly appreciated.

And, I unpacked and installed those audiovisual apparatuses.
But, when I chose PHONE on the preamplifier, cannot hear in one speaker,worth a damn.
It can work on the other preamplifier.
