I do not yet receice the item with the order number P643911 which I ordered on Personal Shopper. What is happening?

What's going on with my order (#P643911) that I placed through Personal shoper?
It's been a month since I placed my order.
It should be shipped within two weeks according to the website I asked you to purchase the item from.
Please follow up as soon as possible and get back to me.
