I was on business trip for long time and checked the status of the item the other day when I just came back. That was the reason of my late contact. I do understand that I should have checked it within three days. For these three days, I have been checking the status, but one channel still does not emit sound. I contacted to an audio repair expert, and I am going to have it repaired. You refused to refund me $360, but can you please bear $200 which is the basic repair fee?
