商品を受け取ってから、出張に出ており、確認する時間がありませんでした。それで先日確認したら、この状況でした。すぐ確認できなかった当方の責任もありますが、明らかに、壊れています。どちらにしても、修理に出しますので、３５ドルで結構ですので、PAYPALにてご返金ください。よろしくお願い致します。

I did not have time to check the condition because I was on business trip soon after I received the item. Just the other day I checked, and noticed this condition of the item. It was my fault not having checked it soon after receiving the item, but evidently the item was broken. Anyway, I will have it repaired, so kindly please refund me $35 via Paypal. Thank you.
