To repair this kind of saxophone costs at least 100 thousand Yen in Japanese Yen.
If you refuse to accept the returned item (full amount repayment), I will cost a repair fee of 1300 dollars based ont the foreign exchange rate of the dollar and Yen.

I believed the description you posted and decided to buy it from you.
Repair of this kind of sax in Japan will cost me 100, 000 yen or more.

Of course I understand your situation, but I am asking you a proper and reasonable transaction. I trusted your explanation and bought it.
It will cost usually at least a hundred thousand yen to fix this saxophone. If you do not agree with my proposal to return it (all money refund), I will have to pay $1300 to fix it ,considering the exchange rate between yen and dollar.

It will take long time to repair. In the period, the musical instrument cannot be sold. It is a burden to me. The same as you, I also have small children to raise. I have to earn the profit by selling instruments as a instrument trader.
So I want just business. If it is necessary, I have the right to propose my case to ebay.

It will take a lot of time for repair work. I can not sell this musical instrument until the repair has been done. It must be burden to me since I have little children to support like you do. I must earn money by selling musical instruments. This is my business. I wish a fair business with you and have a right to file a complain with ebay if I wish.
