I have a question regarding the Standard Item Processing Fee for AWB# ○○. I have been charged $85.5 for this shipment. Upon reviewing the invoice, I would like to bring to your attention the following regarding the three items mentioned. They are actually the same product, so there should be a total of three types, but due to each item being counted separately (1 unit each), it has been calculated as 36 types. Could you please refund the Standard Item Processing Fee for the 33 additional types that have been mistakenly counted?
