容器内部に出す圧力を利用して逆洗を行います。
AUTO VALVEを開放した時の大気開放の圧力差によって内部の流体を引っ張ります。
ギアモーターがぐるぐる回り、ブラシでエレメントの表面を擦りながら逆洗をします。
ブラシで表面を掻き取ることによって逆洗の効率を高めることができます。
左の平面図を見ていただくとわかりますが、エレメント円周のほんの一部を逆洗するので、
濾過を止めること無く逆洗できます。
ブラシがエレメントに対して動き、ノズルから異物を吸い込むという機構になっています。
The backwash is performed using pressure to put out the inside of the container.
Pulling the liquid internally is to pull by the difference of pressure the open atmospheric system when opening the auto valve.
The backwash is done by rotating the gear motor and rubbing the surface of the element by brush.
By scraping off the surface by brush, the effectiveness of the backwash increases.
As you see a ground plan, you will understand that a part of element circumference is back washed, so the backwash can be continually performed without halting filtering.
This functions that the brush moves towards element, and the nozzle vacuums foreign substance.
