新商品 C123の制作説明書で、ユーザーから質問が届いています。
番号35の糸ですが、1/2使用すると指示があります。糸を半分に割いて使用するという意味でしょうか?
御社の製品で、糸を割いて使用するパッケージ商品は今までありませんでした。
他のメーカーの商品でも、糸を割いて使用するものは無いので、ユーザーが制作で困っています。
割くことはできるのですが、そのまま1本として使用した場合、糸が足りなくなりますか?

We have an enquiry from our customer about an instruction manual on C123, a new product.
There is an instruction that using half of the thread of No.35. Do you mean that splitting a thread into two, right?
As far as I know that there were no such package item that a thread that is used with splitting into 2 so far. Our customer troubles with what they should do about it because similar products by others are never with this way.
The splitting itself is possible physically, but using it by only one thread, do you think the length of the thread is never enough?
Could you give me your advice, please?
