2週間ほど前からFeedbackFiveを使用しています
アメリカでは500通ほどのフィードバックリクエストをこのツールを使用してお客様に送付しています
しかし現在までほとんどフィードバックをお客から頂けていません
設定など何かこのツールに誤りがありますでしょうか？
もしくは私が送付しているリクエストの内容に誤りがありますでしょうか？
教えて頂けると大変助かります

I've been using FeedbackFive for about 2 weeks.
In the United States, we use this tool to send about 500 feedback requests to our customers.
However, until now, we have received little feedback from our customers.
Is there something wrong with this tool, such as settings?
Or is there something wrong with the request I'm sending?
It would be very helpful if you could tell me.
