2週間ほど前からFeedbackFiveを使用しています
アメリカでは500通ほどのフィードバックリクエストをこのツールを使用してお客様に送付しています
しかし現在までほとんどフィードバックをお客から頂けていません
設定など何かこのツールに誤りがありますでしょうか？
もしくは私が送付しているリクエストの内容に誤りがありますでしょうか？
教えて頂けると大変助かります

I have been using FeedbackFive since about 2 weeks ago.
In the US, we send about 500 feedback requests to the customers with this tool.
However, we have received very few feedback from customers so far.
Is there anything wrong with this tool, such as setings?
Or, is there anything wrong in the content of the request I send?
I would be happy if you can tell me about that.
