アメリカでは500通ほどのフィードバックリクエストをこのツールを使用してお客様に送付しています
しかし現在までほとんどフィードバックをお客から頂けていません
設定など何かこのツールに誤りがありますでしょうか？

In the US, we have sent about 500 feedback requests to our customers using this tool.
