土地は、永らく駐車場として使われていた変形敷地で、街中でありながらも身近に自然を感じることができ、東側に隣接する駐車場以外は全て開けているという、まさに自分たちのライフスタイルに合った理想の場所でした。
ただ東側にある隣地(駐車場)に対しては、将来的に集合住宅なども建つ可能性がある事から、開口部は必要最小限とし、コンクリートの防火塀や敷地境界近くまで張り出した防火壁を設ける事により、先々に渡ってのプライバシーの確保と準防火地域の様々な法的制限を解決出来る様にしました。
As for the neighbor lot (parking) on the eastern side of the premise, the opening part is made as minimal because there is a possibility of an apartment housing will be built in the future. By establishing a fire prevention wall which is stuck out closer to the concrete fire prevention wall and the border of the premise, it was made to secure the privacy and resolving various methodological limitation in the semi fire zone.
But, a car parking area facing east might be building a housing complex in the future,
The opening should be minimised and by placing a firewall which is close to the boundary or a concrete fence, we have solved the issue on various legal restrictions of semi fire zones along with the privacy protections.
However for the parking lot on the east side, in the future there will be a possibility that apartment buildings could be built in there so its openings are set to be minimum, and then we have figured out a long term privacy securement and a variety of legal limitations in quasi-fire prevention district by having the fire protection walls which stick out close up to the concrete fire fences or property lines.
