Hello. I have a proposal. Currently we are not sure when the package will be loaded on an airplane and be shipped. So, I believe it would be better to cancel the shipping and get back the package and to send it by DHL or FedEx again. How does it sound? I am looking forward to your reply.

Just let me make a proposal for you. At the moment when the items will be shipped on board is not known. Why don't we return the item to us and reshipped using via the DHL or the FedEx? What do you think? I am waiting for your reply soon.
