株主名簿は日本の商法上私の会社規模の組織には存在しない。何度も提出している登記事項証明書に記載の代表取締役・取締役だけで完結している。
法人番号は、頭の1番号はチェックデジットであり、有る無しは基本使う役所によって勝手に付与されたり削除されたりする。違う部署に転送してそのまま回答がしないのでなく、責任もって回答ください。

Based on Japanese Commercial Law, a shareholder list doesn't exist for organizations of our company scale. It is enough with Representative Director / Director described in Certificate of Registered Matters which I submitted to you many times.
The first 1 number of the corporate number is a check digit, and if it has or not will be added or removed automaticallt by government office basically. Please answer responsibly for us, not forwarding our inquiry to other department and leave it pending.

The shareholder list doesn't exist in my company-wide organization under Japanese commercial law. It is completed only by the representative director and director described in the registration certificate that has been submitted many times.
