Amazon Japan would not accept an invoice only as they demand a submission of a sales certificate of your product.
We've made a document mixed with invoice and sales certificate.
We are attaching 2 documents for each of our purchases made on March 26 and April 29.
If you are agree with the documents, please put your signature and a stamp on them.
We are also attaching the originals created in Excel.
If there are any English sentences that you find are not convenient, please correct them.
Please make sure not to make it an invoice only.

Amazon Japan request us to submit the sales certificate for your item. Therefore, they cannot accept if we submit just invoice.
We prepared the documents which include the invoice and sales certificate. We purchased twice on March 26 and April 29, so I attach 2 documents. If they don't have any problem, please sign and seal. As Japan Amazon is asking for our item's sale permission, they will not accept by only submitting invoice. We make a mixture of invoice and sales permission form. As we have purchased twice on 26 March and 29 April, we will attach two forms. If there is no problem with the form, we would like you to sign and seal on it. For your, if there is inconvenience lines in English, as we will attach its original text make in excel please correct it. Please do not make it with only invoice at any rate.

As Amazon Japan is seeking for submission of selling certificate of item, just a submission of usual invoice will not be admitted. We have made a document that mixed with invoice and selling certificate.
I have attached two versions of documents for buying on 3/26 and 4/29 respectively.
If you don't have problem, please sign and stamp seal them.
