The parcel with the above mentioned tracking number was shipped from Japan Post on March 23 by "EMS: International Speed Post", however it has been kept at your customs office since March 27. It has been nearly 3 weeks. This delay makes no sense for shipping as an "international Speed Post" Originally, this item was purchased on Amazon Italy, but I returned it due to the missing item. Please refer to the above URL for the item description. The package has a return shipping label for Amazon Italy, too. Please explain how come it has been taking so long, and please finish the inspection ASAP.
