税関担当者様、
上記追跡番号の荷物を3月23日に日本郵便から「EMS：国際スピード郵便」で発送したのにも関わらず、3月27日から貴税関で止まっている。もう3週間近くも止まったままです。これでは「国際スピード郵便」で発送した意味がない。この荷物はイタリアAmazonで購入したが、欠陥品で返送したものです。商品の詳細は上記URLを参照ください。又、イタリアAmazonの返送ラベルも添付している。どうしてこんなに時間がかかるのか説明してください。又、早く検査を終わらせて下さい。
To the customs staff,
I have shipped the item with the tracking number above via EMS from Japan Post on March 23rd, but the shipment has been stopped at your customs. It has been almost three weeks since the shipment stopped. I should not have used EMS as the shipment has been delayed. I bought the item on Amazon.it and returned to the seller since it was a defective item. Please refer to the URL above for the details of the item. I also attached the return label for Amazon.it. Could you explain the reason for the delay? Please finish the examination as soon as possible.
