キャンセルとなった商品について、まだ返金がなされていません。
写真とは全く違う傷だらけの商品かつ、言及されていなかった破損が見受けられました。写真を見ていただければ、ひび割れのような傷が入っているのがわかると思います。
セラーに返品及び返金を求めましたが、相手は自分の非を一切認めず、商品は完璧だったと繰り返しています。
セラーの対応は不当だと思います。
最終的にお互いに一部返金を了承したものの、突然「返品しなくていい、ただし全額返金する」との回答をされましたが、返金されていません。
About the cancelled item, the refund was not yet returned .
I have found the item with different scratches completely and other broken part not yet mentioned .
Once you will see the photos, you will be understanding there is crack like scratches on it.
Though I asked to the seller to refund and return but counterpart was not denied to admit any fault done by him/her self. He/She repeatedly says the item has been perfect.
The response made by seller was not completely accepted.
Finally the partial refund was been admitted. Suddenly he/she said you don't have to return it and will make full refund but it was unable to refund yet.
