I ordered 20 pieces of this item and they arrived on 22nd. But as you can see if you look at the image I attached the package of one out of these is massively broken and it doesn’t turn on. This is because you used a carbon box that’s easy to get torn to ship them into Japan. Please pay for the one item that doesn’t operate back into my credit card.

I placed my order for amount of 20th and I received on 22nd. But, as you may understand once you see the attached photo, one of package was severely damaged, and it doesn't work. This must be because of using very soft cardboard box to put in. For the item which doesn't work, be sure to make a refund as soon as possible to may credit card account.
