体調は喉が少し痛いけど大丈夫です。
ただ仕事はかなり忙しいです。
この後すぐに打ち合わせがあります。
風邪が流行っていますが体調どうですか？
帰宅後にうがいと手洗いは必須ですね
健康第一ですからね。
私は毎日健康のためにサプリメントを飲んでいます。
ただ運動不足です。。
なるべく運動したいとおもいます。
