発送が可能になりましたら教えてください。
各色を2から3ダース注文したいです。
顧客から入荷のお問い合わせが来ています。
残念ながら送ってくださった★と★★は食品と化粧品になるので
別途、前もっての申請手続きが必要な為、今回は対応できず、
税関で没収されてしまいました。
食品と化粧品は輸入準備がかかるので、対応できるようになりましたら
購入したいと思っています。
その際はまた御社で別途書類を用意していただく必要がありますが、
よろしくお願いいたします。

I would like to place an order for two to three dozens of each color.
I have received inquiry about the availability of the item from my customer.
Unfortunately ★ and ★★ which you had sent to me were confiscated by customs because they are foods and cosmetics and I had needed to ask permission in advance.
As I need preparation for import regarding foods and cosmetics, I would like to buy them once I am ready for it.
In that case, you need to prepare documents separately, but I would appreciate if you can help me.
