私がebayで購入し届けられた商品は偽物と思われます。PCに認識されず動作もしません。
私はこの商品の本物を持っていますが出品者から届けられた商品は重量が軽いです。中身が入ってない見せかけの商品です。
出品していたコンディションは新品、未開封とのことでした。出品に使われた画像も未開封でした。
だが届けられた商品は封印シールが切れていて開封されていました。中身を偽物とすり替えて私に発送したと思われます。
この事実を出品者に報告しましたが返信がありません。私は全額払い戻しを要求します。
The item which I bought via ebay looks fake.
It cannot be recognized and doesn't work at all.
I have an authentic goods of this item. It is lighter than mine.
It is fake without any content.
The exhibition explained that it was a new item and unopened.
It looked unopened in the image in the exhibition, too.
However, the seal sheet was cut in the item which I received and it was opened.
I guess seller changed the content to fake one and delivered to me.
I already reported to seller this fact but they have not replied. I request them to pay back all money.
