その影響で9月中に配送した商品が現在も関西国際空港で保留されていると日本郵便から連絡がきました
これは全ての商品に関係している訳では無いです
これにより、お客様の商品が保留されている商品の場合、お客様の元へお届けするのが、本日から一か月、遅くて一ヵ月半近く程度かかる可能性があります
これは予想なので、もっと早く到着する可能性も十分にあります

Due to a large typhoon in Japan 1 month ago, part of the Kansai International Airport was destroyed. The airport itself didn't function.
Due to the effects, there was a message from Kapan Post tht products sent in mid-September are still even now being held at the Kansai International Airport.
There's no reason that this concerns all of the products.
Due to this, if your products are being held, it will be delivered to you but there's a possibility that it will take a month, or at most, nearly 1 and a half month.
This is just an estimate. There is enough possibility too that it will arrive earlier.
私としては、お客様に２つの提案があります。
1・お客様にこのまま商品到着まで待って頂く事です。
遅くて1か月程度かかるとの事なので、スムーズにいけば、早く到着するかもしれません
1か月半経過しても商品が到着しない場合は私にメールしてください
2・商品が遅れて到着した場合に受け取りを拒否する事です。
受け取りを拒否すると、商品は自動で私の元へ返送されます。
遅延によって、商品が不必要、商品はいらないから返金して欲しい、等の場合は、商品の受け取り拒否を約束してくれた場合、先に返金を実行します
I have 2 kinds of suggestions to the customers.
1. I ask the customers to wait until receiving the items.
I hear that it will take time at most 1 month.
It means there is a possibility that the items will be delivered earlier if the things goes smoothly.
If the items is not delivered after 1 and a half month passes, please send email to me.
2. I ask the customers to reject receiving when it is delivered late.
If you reject receiving, the items will be sent me back automatically.
When you don't need to get the items and want me to refund and if you promise that you will reject receiving, I will pay you refund in advance.
約束してくれた時点で商品代金の返金を行います。
商品は遅れて到着します、この場合は必ず受け取りを拒否する事を約束してください。
受け取った場合、再度支払いの義務があります。
１の商品到着を待ってくれる方はこのメールに返信不要です。
1か月半経過しても商品が到着しない場合は私にメールしてください。
２の方は受け取りを拒否する事を約束するメールをください。
以上が今回の災害についての解決策です。
商品が既に到着している方はこのメールを無視してください

If you receive them, you should re-pay.
