I am planning to use VAT Services on Amazon.
How can I know the way to register myself on it?
Al so I am dealing with duty-free items, such as books.
I would like to get import VAT refund, but will the VAT be refunded at VAT Services on Amazon?

I am considering of using VAT Services on Amazon.
Where can I find to register its system?
Also, I handle with un-taxed products such as books.
I would like to have pay-back for invoice VAT, is VAT pay back accepted at VAT Services on Amazon?
