化粧品関連については、急な増員が必要な緊急時を除けば、個々の過去の経験によって1~2週間で、常時のサポートなしにTier 1の業務を行えるよう研修をしています。品質管理部および現場管理者によるモニタリングやフィードバックにより、1ヶ月あればTier2, 3とスムーズに連携し、各種評価指標の向上に寄与できる業務レベルに高めることができます。
With regard to cosmetics-related products, if we are avoiding an emergency where sudden increase of staff is necessary (mass hiring) then we are studying the option where Tier 1 can carry out work without constant support for 1-2 weeks, depending on each of their past experience. Through monitoring and feedback by the quality control department and site supervisors, if we have 1 month, Tier 1 can be smoothly linked with Tiers 2 and 3, and the performance level can be raised that will contribute to raising all evaluation indexes.
