As for cosmetics related, we provide training so the attendees can perform Tire 1 work without a normal support within 1-2 weeks depending on one's past experiences except for an emergency when a sudden resource increase is required. With the monitoring and feedback by the quality management department and onsite managers, we are able to enhance their performance to the level where he/she can cooperate smoothly with Tire 2 and 3 and contributes for the improvement of the respective assessment index in a month.
