paypalで確認しましたが、2回払い込みをしていて、何故か2回ともpendingの状態で止まっています。completedされてません。こんなケースは初めてです。原因か何かわからないですが、振込みができない以上は、今回のオーダーをいったんキャンセルしたいと思います。ご迷惑をおかけしますが、キャンセルの手続きをお願いします。

As I checked with PayPal, looks like two transfers were made but they are still pending. It was not completed. I've never seen this before, and I don't know what causes it. Since I can't transfer, I'd like to cancel my order at this point. I apologize for this inconvenience, but please proceed to cancel my order.

I tried to transfer the money but when I checked on PayPal, it’s somehow in the status of pending for both times. It can’t be completed. This thing never happened before. I don’t know why but, as long as I can’t transfer the money, I think I have to cancel the order for now. Sorry for the trouble and thank you for your procedure.
